      <description>&lt;P&gt;Transferred a number from old provider to public, received the sms from previous provider, confirmed that service no longer works, been over 5 hours and public mobile service has not activated sim, restarted phone.&amp;nbsp; Am i still needing to wait longer?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
