I can't make calls or send text messages, My account is up to date and I rebooted the phone several times

@RutaN Call *611 or log into account is it active or on hold ? If active can you reboot the phone or reset network settings . Or if possible try SIM card in another phone to test services .

I can't call *611, reboot doesn't work, online I see that my account is active
