I was a bit discouraged that there was not Public Mobile instant chat but I am impressed with the time of responses in the private message feature they have! It is very fast and the staff is really nice! How has been your experience?

Yes, the support model is different here, but in return, we get slightly cheaper plans here 🙂

It was always great with me and an Agent. I had issues with not getting service for 3 days in the past and a PM technician looked into it and the Agent compensated for the days with service.
