I had issues with not getting service for 3 days in the past and a PM technician looked into it and the Agent compensated for the days with service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was a bit discouraged that there was not Public Mobile instant chat but I am impressed with the time of responses in the private message feature they have! It is very fast and the staff is really nice! How has been your experience?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
