The payment won’t process. I’ve tried to buy it numerous time in the last 12 hours. I am in the US right now and completely stuck without a phone. I’m not able to submit a ticket because I get an error 404 message. Please help me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But you tagged CS_Agent, did you try to private message them through your Messages Inbox under the envelope at the top right of the community page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the first time you are buying this Roaming addon type, can you try calling 611 or&amp;nbsp;# 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device/line to purchase the addon while you are in the USA?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the 2nd time you are trying to buy it then this may be a timing issue (as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentions). So you could try and purchase another Roaming type addon to avoid this, or go to CSA to have them add it for you manually.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
