      <description>&lt;P&gt;A support agent would likely walk you through the same steps. Perfect will never happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my phones had an odd problem with text last night. Said something about unable to send. Restarted and it worked fine after that. Odd though. Maybe airplane mode would have done the same thing. I should've tried that first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Any strange (sometimes unknown finicky) thing can happen with either the device itself, shifting of a SIM card in the SIM slot, networks/towers (lags, update, downage, etc), customer's accounts, etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
