    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My dad switched his sim from Public to another in April and he now wants to be back. Unfortunately, he put the Public sim to the garbage, he could not log in to his account because they sent a code to this number (a number he used for Public). What should he do? How can he recover his account? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/303793"&gt;@Diesl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did he already port his old PM number to another provider?&amp;nbsp; if so, PM Account would have been closed. If that is the case , he needs brand new sim and activate the account as new, and request porting from that new provider&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If he has been paying PM all along and number not ported, he can try to also the system to send the code to email. Click Resend code and Send via email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the system cannot locate the number, them the number is not with PM anymore&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
