      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean your friend put their working sim from whatever provider into your phone and it worked fine? And can you put your sim into their phone and see what happens? Did you just sign up? Or have you been here a while?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/298920"&gt;@Anku&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the same sim is not working in another phone,&amp;nbsp; try to see if you can login My Account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To avoid browser cache confusing,&amp;nbsp; please login My account&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to confirm account status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it shows On Hold (Suspended)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then it is a payment issue.&amp;nbsp; Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Pay Now and Resume Services&lt;/STRONG&gt;" to make a manual payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it shows active&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp;try pull the sim card out once more , wipe it clean, put it back in the phone and test it in another area, just in case it is a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
