      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Twistedbread,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd start by going to HELP menu, "start a chat with us", then type Refund and&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; In order to do this, you need to log in to My Account and "Sign In".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can only receive a prorate refund on Postpaid service like the higher priced plans on Telus, Bell or Rogers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
