Is this a Canadian or American issued card using a Canadian or American billing address? Which card is it? Are you using the postal/zip code of the billing address?

I'm Canadian with a Canadian address. I have been a publicmobile customer for several years already. I am trying to use American Express.

It's just the technicality of the billing address postal/zip code of the card. What is it's address (don't give that here) and was it issued in Canada or the US?

Do you have another card? Even those visa gift cards work.

I have no issue using the card for Amazon purchases. I have no other card. I have never been out of Canada although have lived all across Canada from BC to Quebec. Currently residing near Toronto.

Maybe with the new system, they stopped taking Amex. (even though it says everywhere that they do)
