Text?&amp;nbsp; What about incoming calls? Was your credit card charged? Did you get a welcome email from Public mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try to reboot phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, try a network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi settings).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/303434"&gt;@Reps&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;check if you installed the eSIm profile successfully and if the eSIM is set active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have another eSIM from another provider, disable it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have a physical sim from another provider, pull it out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you confirmed your PM eSIM is installed, try clicking Reset All Networks and see if it helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, that's factory reset. The network reset will remove all your saved wifi's and bluetooth pairings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
