As @Handy1 said, nope. Best advice I can give is to download a VOIP app like Fongo or TextNow and call forward your PM phone to it as a temp measure. As long as you're connected to WiFi, the calls will come through to your VOIP "phone". Personally, I use Fongo myself. Free Canada Wide Calling. Texting costs money though. Blah.
