      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've already gotten some good detail on how to change your plan, but I wanted to add that if it's asking you to start fresh, that probably means you are not logged into your account. &amp;nbsp;Start with myaccount.publicmobile.ca and log in from there and you should be good to go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
