Hi, I want to change my plan to a less expensive monthly charge of 25.00 instead of 40.00 as I don’t use enough phone or data usage each month.
please help

@Tony22 - easy to change plans on our My Accounts. Ensure you choose to change on next renewal so you don't lose out on funds already paid in this cycle.
