Automatic top-up?

Hello. I'm new to using Public Mobile and having a phone plan in general, but I think this is unusual? It says in my payment history that PM took an automatic top-up of $5 (I have the $15 plan), and then later in the day it took $15 for my normal bill. Why would it take an extra $5?

Actually PM just took $5 out of your cc

First you have an Available fund of $10, probably because you applied a friend referral code when activated

PM took $5 out at 2:22AM , and your Available fund became $15

Then at 7:22AM, PM uses the $15 Available fund to renewal your plan. PM does not take $15 again at his time, it just simply use the fund to renew your plan

Did they give me $10 as a reward, then charge me $5, and then register that my $15 was paid? That's the only thing that would make sense to me, but it's not especially clear to me from the details.

@Pomello yes, on May 28, PM gave you $10 for friend referral. The money stays as Available fund on your My Account
