      <title>change to new plan doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My scheduled plan change from 90-day 4gb to new plan which is unlimited provincial Talk, Unlimited international Text and 6GB Data. The scheduled date is today&amp;nbsp; sep 09. I check the current plan, it is still 4gb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
