Does the Public Lab really exist?

I keep seeing mentions of the Public Lab, but for the life of me, I can't find it anywhere! Why is it not easily accessible?

@esjliv in a couple of forum posts. I was looking up a topic (does unused data rollover) and a few users were mentioning you could suggest or support the idea in the Public Lab. I didn't pay attention to the date of the post though... I guess it was from 6 years ago. 😳

@Ross_R - ooh, so you found it historically, makes sense.

In our My Accounts it is stated 'Data add-ons expire after 30 days'. So 30 days after purchase. They should roll over if you are mid-cycle though, if that is what you meant.

Some historical records exist but the Lab is no longer in use.

@Luddite the good thing to look at those Lab posts is that we see some suggestions there now got implement 🙂

@softech Yes some suggestions implemented. Think it caused more frustration than goodwill unfortunately. Same thing happened with a UK carrier I follow; lots of ideas, a few implementations, complaints about lack of action, programme cancelled. Often felt like Don Quixote.
