@Williamduchen Other than the monthly plan cost and SIM card, only possible purchases are add-ons. Have you bought any Canada or US add-ons through your self-serve account? The charge+tax might be able to tell what it is for.

Are you seeing these entries on your My Account history, here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

Do you see the funds added to your Available Funds area? Or were funds used to renew your plan?

If it’s a small amount it’s most likely an add on purchase.

@Williamduchen you see that on your My Account 's payment history? Do you see those charges on your credit card?? How much are those charges?

And on you see those charges sitting as Available Fund by any chance??
