New promotion plans and points vs reward $

hey, I am wondering how points work?

Am I right in assuming that if I change to this plan I will loose the $ rewards I have?

Now I have about $6 that goes toward my monthly payment and I enjoy having to pay less. How does points work?

if you change to this plan you'll still get Rewards UNLESS you opt for Points instead. Don't opt for POints...they suck.

The only way you can get switched to points is if you sign onto the rewards portal in your self-serve and join public points from there.

Just don’t do it.

The now legacy reward plans are much better in every way, especially loyalty.

And remember, if you do decide to switch, there is no going back to the old reward structure.

@ALISA_R No you won’t loose your old rewards changing plans there tied to your account not your plan so just don’t ever switch to points . I too changed to this very plan and so I can confirm you keep your old rewards check it out
