    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't log into my account because I never completed the 6 steps for the subscription because I changed my mind. Because I never had a subscription I am asking for the money back, hence Visa dispute. I think I have been able to submit a ticket. Will soon see. Thanks for replying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
