      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302059"&gt;@Mike231&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it could be just a browser cache problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please re-login My Account&lt;STRONG&gt; using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check if the addon shows up there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check payment history and see if PM took the money and used the money to buy the data addon&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, confirm your credit card to see if PM really took your money&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the addons on My Account, reboot the phone and try using data again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are on Android, make sure you disable your Data limiter on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does this tell you what you expect?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
