Account wont use my 2G one-time data bonus add-on

I got a 2G one-time data bonus last year, still shows >1.5 GB left.

I used my monthly data, expecting to swtich on to the bonus automatically, but I'm locked out of data. How do I activate and use my bonus data?

@CrapService2 you are not on 5G plan now , are you?

To avoid browser cache problem and you are reading old data amount left, please re-login My Account using Incognito mode and check if the addon shows up there with data left

if you still have the data, please reboot your phone once

If you are on Android, make sure you disable your Data limiter on the phone

it should work without any input from you. I wonder if you haven't used it all up already. Log in to your account on your laptop and try this...

If there's no mention of the Bonus Data add-on...that would confirm that you've consumed it.

@CrapService2 You bonus data should kick in automatically. But make sure you have some left like this and possibly reboot phone

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

Thanks guys! I think it was the data limit on my phone. I didn't realize it was set.

I had logged on to my account and there is definitely >1G left on the add-on.

Oh yeah, make sure to remove the data limit in your phone. There's no benefit to it anyway, because there are no overages with PM. It can also be problematic because the cycle date changes every month, whereas you'd have to change it manually every month on your phone for accuracy.

Data warnings can be beneficial, but a block serves little purpose with a prepaid provider.
