I'm trying to access the site and I get past the Eversafe login and get a Forbidden A1 message once it gets to the Public mobile site. I tried on Incognito, and the app, but the app says it's under Maintenance.

Having the exact same issues. Trying to top up account but can’t. Even the 611 isn’t working! Anyone know how to help please reply

Indeed, Public Mobile does a lot of its maintenance to its self-serve site on the weekends during the very early morning hours.

So much so, that if users are planning to do anything account related it's best to plan it during the week or weekend days.

@NatG1 - if you see 'under Maintenance" than that is likely exactly what is happening. Public Mobile page is down due to Maintenance.
