Log into your self serve and you can create one there under your Profile settings

Click on pen icon on the PIN password section to change your PIN password.

so are you suggesting there’s no option for you to set the PIN code by tapping on the pencil icon to the right of the field where the PIN is masked?

That doesn’t sound right.

But if it’s the case, contact one of the customer support agents for assistance in setting that up.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@tropoja7 yes, new activation now do not have PIN setup during activation. You have to login to My Account after to setup the account PIN

The PIN is something you created while activating your SIM.
