    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I am pretty sure I cancelled my subscription but never received any formal confirmation. When I sign into my account I just getting error messaged or it appears to continuously load with no results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please confirm I have cancelled so I don't get charged for the next month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/297857"&gt;@Lindsay8083&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your number to another company?&amp;nbsp; That usually will automatically cancel your PM Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you turn off your subscription (ie. autopay), then your account will be suspended.&amp;nbsp; Once suspended over 90 days, then your account will be permanently closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile will not send an email when a customer ports out or turns off subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
