    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ! I got a new SIM for my daughter but its not getting activated inspite of the charge already going through and the email confirming that 'Im all Set'. For some reason , the activation text is not coming throughon the new number I selected. Any suggestions as we need to start using it ASAP. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you create PM account?&lt;BR /&gt;Does it say Active?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have ANY service?&lt;BR /&gt;Does your phone state provider as PM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
