More details would be helpful. Physical sim, eSIM. Are you a new or old customers...etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some basic troubleshooting, try 1 or more of the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restart your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggle into and out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;move your sim card to another phone to see if services works&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;manually select the 3G / WCDMA&amp;nbsp;ONLY&amp;nbsp;network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if services work&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/294607"&gt;@macdavie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;can the sim card connect to the network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;first try to reboot the phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try reseat the sim card with reboot&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;and do you have another phone to test the PM sim ? just to make sure it is not a device problem.&amp;nbsp; Also, that can force a sim card re-provision and it could resolve the problem&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if it is a new phone never connected to PM network, confirm if the phone is clean here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing works and if it clearly shows not connecting to the network, it could be a sim provision issue, message support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.&amp;nbsp; CS Agent will reply to you there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
