I ordered and paid for a&amp;nbsp; new one from Public Mobile 3 weeks ago...I hate the chatbot since I am unable to initiate a ticket, getting 404 error. I am in a frustrating loop. How do I connect a living person?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily, I was able to borrow a new SIM..from a friend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am waiting for my new SIM so that I can replace the one that I borrowed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is going on with Public Mobile?&amp;nbsp; Have they fired their entire staff?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I reach a living person?I am going to cancel Public Mobile if this situation continuous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
