Was there a place in the public mobile web pages that instructed you to do this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Community forum is where other members and customers post to help one another. public mobile representatives are contact through private messages, not here on the PUBLIC forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
