Remove and reseat the SIM to see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, is it a new phone? It could be locked by a carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of the phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
