    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cleared all data and cache from the default browser on Android, which is Firefox. I cleared the data and cache of the Public Mobile app and then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have logged in from a PC and from the default browser on my phone and there is no issue. It's just if I open up the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/301382"&gt;@SpiffyMick&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the phone app uses the default browser on the phone for login.&amp;nbsp; Are you in Android?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start with uninstall and reinstall the app and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, and if you are in Android, you will have to clear app cache on your default browser and test&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
