I just started a new plan a week ago. My account shows that I used about 12GB in one week. However, when I View Usage History, the sum of all the DATA usage type totals 3GB. Why the huge discrepancy?

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

@pmunk to avoid cache issue, login My Account again using Incgonito mode and see what usage it shows

and are you on Android or iPhone? on Android, you can check the usage on the device itself

New PM account (Mar. 4/24). I noticed that my actual data usage adds up to .45M but the data usage in the History is 5.39M. I did not use that extra roughly 5M. The data is also off on my phone except for the one day that I used .45M. Why the difference / discrepancy? I connect to WiFi wherever I am. Please help.

Thanks softech (it's an Android, Motorola G7 Play) and Handy1. I went incognito and this morning it showed "0.08MB Used". It's still not the true .45MB (.42 + .3) that adds up when I go to to "View Usage History". Closer but not accurate however I can live with a bit less being displayed than an overly exaggerated excessive amount being displayed. I'll see what tomorrow holds. Thanks again for chiming in, this is an often brought up issue perhaps I should have started my own new thread.
