    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did call tellus but they said they cant help and redirected me here. I have replied to the PC mobile text within 10 minutes YES. I called PC also and they said the transfer was cancelled and told me to contact Public Mobile. Also, I have thrown the PC SIM card away this morning as I thought I didnt need it anymore. I am not sure what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from PC mobile to Public yesterday. People are not able to call me. Does it take sometime for your phone to be fully operational after joining?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/301342"&gt;@Danilodbn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;transfer from PC mobile is slightly trouble,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok&amp;nbsp; then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
