No Longer Receiving Payment Notifications

I have AutoPay for my account and I used to get a monthly text message from Public Mobile confirming they've received payment. I found those messages helpful since I like to make sure payments have been made on time and if there were any unexpected disruptions, I could quickly take action before payment is due.

The last time I received one of these notifications was in April. I'm guessing this is probably somehow connected to the new website, and was wondering if anyone knows of a way to switch this feature back on.

@Bookworm88 yes the sms related with payment has stopped for couple months. Not sure if PM will bring it back with popular demand

Is there any update on text payment notifications as I too am no longer receiving them and found them to be quite useful?

Unfortunately, I haven't heard any news about this. I really hope they bring this feature back. It was a useful reminder and a good way of being notified if a payment was late for some reason.
