YOu had the funds available on my account, yet chose NOT TO USE THEM. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!! ALSO YOU CAN CREDIT ME THE $4 YOU REMOVED. fUNDS WHERE IN ACCOUNT PLUS NEW CARD INFO WAS ALSO ON THE ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!

So far funds on accounts were ALWAYS used first then CC was charged.

You must do something to cause funds not to be used first. Maybe your very CC change caused this...

I think I've seen this once or twice here. Can you provide images of your payment history from here from before this last renewal until now.

Are you the type to deposit money manually before renewal? Are you on the old rewards system? If so then you could change the card to a zero balance visa gift card and still get the reward but it won't charge the card for obvious reasons. Then you can watch it use your balance.

But certainly from history it should only have used your balance first, drained it even, then go to the card for the remainder. You said $4. That then sounds maybe like it did use your balance but needed another $4.
