      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/301257"&gt;@Hottmomma-101&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, the money still in Available Fund and not used for activation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to put your number to Lost/Stoen from Profile page , click Report Lost/Stolen Phone, and click Put my services on hold.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/lost-or-stolen-phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/lost-or-stolen-phone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then logoff for 5 mins. , then log back in using Incognito mode resume the account from Lost/Stolen and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
