    <description>&lt;P&gt;No concern regarding payment, just stating i was charged for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered all relevant info for porting process, carrier, IMEI, name, etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then it waited a couple min and then it did that error in the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I bought Public Mobile plan, the one for $65/month with 5G speeds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see on my credit card that I was billed the amount of $72.80, but when I download the Public Mobile app on my iPhone, it say "Subscription Not Activated, Something didn't go right while activating your subscription." And i’m stuck like this. What to do? I am getting eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
