    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/301071"&gt;@Harley357&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which plan did you get and when did you get it?&amp;nbsp; I don't recall PM ever change plan details or change customers to a different plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to avoid confusion, login to My Account again using Incognito mode, flgobto Subscription &amp;amp; Add-ons page and check plan details, maybe post a screenshot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check Payment History and see if PM charged you the correct amount&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for 20 GB per month and without my authorizing it or requesting it I was dropped down to 10 GB. I would like my other 10 GB please don't know how to fix this have tried searching have tried the chat box I just don't know how to fix it help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may have burned up 10gb but check your account. Because PM currently doesn’t offer a 10gb plan and everything is self-managed online service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on your computer to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
