      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to make a payment to restart the service. Is your credit card here expired? You can log in to your account and make a payment with the card. You can buy vouchers and enter them there. You can also use those vouchers by dialing 611 and entering them there. If you know your 4 digit pin then you can use 611 to pay with the card. You can use the real time payments option in some stores.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
