      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300725"&gt;@ADiaz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; please wait a full hour before trying again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to download the app and activate via there.&amp;nbsp; The activation needs to complete with the app anyway&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try a different credit card, if possible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure address and postal code matche&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have been trying for 3 separate days now a couple times a day with over an hour in between each attempt. I've tried different cards and logged into online banking to confirm the address of each card I tried, I have tried it with the app and on my PC but I'm still having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Even uninstall app and reinstall it . Also note I just today I had to update the APP . Thou it’s new it’s been getting updates . Hope some of this helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
