    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I only see the page with the url&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and when I click on my account it goes to the same page again and wonèt keep the region change. I have rebooted but still the same problem. I get into the community but nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you each have a public mobile phone number? Each account needs its own unique email to be registered to eversafe and My Account. If you are only able to get into one account, maybe try to use the "Forgot your &lt;STRONG&gt;email"&lt;/STRONG&gt; option to get into the 2nd account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, if you know the 2 different emails, use the "Forgot you &lt;STRONG&gt;password"&lt;/STRONG&gt; option. Using different browsers for each account may help, or an incognito mode tab. Although, I sign into different accounts okay, once I got them set up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
