@Anie it work as soon as the purchase is successfully completed

You might want to reboot your phone once just in case

Also, if you are using Android, make sure data limiter is disabled as it might be the reason why data is not working

if you've never purchased a PM add-on recently...just make sure to buy the Canada Add-ons...and not something different. Remember they have a 30 day expiry.
