This is entirely a device software issue.&amp;nbsp; Where did you get your device from?&amp;nbsp; Some devices that were sold by some carriers in the U.S. have the feature disabled in the phone's software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this issue as well. &amp;nbsp;I previously had no problem at all setting up the hot spot, but it suddenly stopped working and I get the message to contact public mobile now. &amp;nbsp;Have tried taking the SIM card out but it has not made. Difference. &amp;nbsp;I don’t use the hot spot feature often, but it is frustrating not being able to use it when I do want it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
