      <title>Mail arrived with no sim card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received mail today.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300388"&gt;@Chedley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - Public Mobile's previously recommended manner of contacting a support agent (SIMon the chatbot ticketing process) has been 'broken' since the rollout of the newer sites around here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They really should get that up and running again, i would think...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300388"&gt;@Chedley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One of your images shows way too much personal information and since this an open public forum and might want to remove that image by selecting the down arrow top right of your page and edit/delete.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Afterwards, you need to click your avatar and select My Profile, scroll down the page and select Upload An Image&amp;gt;All Images and select photo to delete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
