@2Darla you have to login to My Account to reset the PIN.

Please go to My Account, Profile page:

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin

@2Darla Check your my account site. It's under profile. You won't be able to see the existing PIN but you can set a new one.

I went to my account and didn’t see where able to change PIN

You looked for it like from the images earlier? We had someone yesterday saying they don't have that there. Yet I have it on mine. Are you on a mobile browser or non?
