Can I purchase a plan on public mobile and just use an Esim card? I’m new to this. Setting up my old phone for my daughter.

If that is an existing account, then you will have to wait a bit, only new activation can use eSIM for now

Do I create an account with her email first? And then I can get a plan from there?

@Nbhiker2023 Yes, PM system is one email for one account/phone line. If the email you used to login to this Community account @Nbhiker2023 is linked to a PM My Account already, then you will have to use another email to create another account.

@Nbhiker2023 If you haven't activated her account yet, do not start until you have downloaded the PM app to her phone. ALL new subscriptions must use the app to fully activate so you might as well start the process there.

@LEGO- Yes and it's even more fun if you come from elsewhere and your phone is set to a different region, you can't get the app. You need to do some workarounds that may be detrimental upon returning from where you came from.
