Will Rollover bonus add-ons stay with subscription change?

I have a bunch of data and int’l minutes add-ons from holiday promos and such that I haven’t used up and are currently rolling over each cycle.

If I change my subscription, will I lose those add-ons? I know the legacy rewards will stay if I don’t opt into points, but I’m not clear on the rollover add-ons. TIA

You will not lose those add ons. They will continue to be in your account until used up.

@Cbittz yes, those old add-on you got from holiday bonus or you purchased before May 8 2023 will stay will you and will only be gone after they are used up

So they aren’t included the “promos” in the disclaimer message?

@Cbittz Promos are those bonus found under My Promotions section on My Account. Usually,they are those activation bonus, like 2GB bonus for 12 months. Your holiday bonus is not part of that category

If you're changing to a 5G plan, domestic data add-on are unusable with these plans. Such add-ons would remain on your account, but are incompatible with 5G plans.

Interesting. i wonder for those people paid for it , would they also beomes incompatible.

But it makes no sense to it why it is incompletable. did you ask PM via your channel?
