i just upgraded to a new plan it said it would take effect immediately but it hasn't its been about 10 min

@vulch1 did you click Change Now?

If so, reboot your phone once

Also, login My Account using Incgonito mode to check if it shows the new plan. Check Payment History and see if PM charged you

yes i picked change now in my account it shows new plan i will try restarting

Hate the be the bearer of bad news... by changing now vs on next renewal, you lose out on what's remaining of the current cycle and there's no proration or refunds for unused parts of the plan you left.

Perhaps it was close to renewal anyway... however thought you should be aware.
