      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought&amp;nbsp; a 1 month pre-paid plan and I am still being charged. The chatbox mentioned clicking unsubscribe, but I do not see this option anywhere. Please help. I would also like to know where I can get a refund for the extra month they charged me. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300084"&gt;@summer_123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To "cancel" the plan,&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;you can either port out your number to another provider&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Once it is disabled,&amp;nbsp;PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To disable Pre-authorized payment, you can use *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can also login to My Account and go to Payment page -&amp;gt; Manage Subscribed, and then toggle the "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/80711iAD03DD5F119C0153/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="E_Subscribed_Watermarked.jpg" alt="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But if you like to cancel your account you can port your number out and it will close the accounts automatically. Or you turn of auto pay and stop paying will close out account in 90 days .       <description>&lt;P&gt;When you signed up you agreed to the autopay option (which they force on you anyway). You would have needed to have turned the option off to stop any future payments. I don't think you'll get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
