I ported in a number from Fongo and it took 24 hours. So some time may be required for it to go through. Granted the hope is to have it done within a few hours of porting but realistically it can take a bit longer depending on who the other provider is. Seeing that it's Fido, it should be switched within a few hours. But as @dabr said, reboot the phone and see if that clears it up. If not, the port may not have gone through yet or is hung up somewhere.

@CS_Agent

Hello, I recently switched over from the mobile service provider ChatR, and had my number ported to PM. My outgoing calls, texting, as qell as Mobile data all work fine, but I am unable to receive incoming calls. The people that try and call me get a message that my number hasnt been setup yet, and it doesnt ring or give them the opportunity to leave a message. I've been having a hard time getting help today and hope this matter can be reolved. My phone is a S22 Ultra. Also I did reply Yes to ChatR when they asked if I would like to port the number.

@36demadbox Sounds like an incomplete port and rather odd if you responded to the transfer text within the 90 minute window.

Normally, transfers should take no more than an hour or two at the most so if it's been less than that, then try rebooting or removing the SIM and re-inserting.

If it's been longer then you can call Telus' porting # which I will private message you (check message inbox top right) and they will ask your previous carrier to resubmit the transfer SMS so keep the old SIM in phone until then.
