      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/299924"&gt;@Tony21&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; To avoid you were only checking old cached info, please login My Account again &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check if the addin is there.&amp;nbsp; Also check if Payment history shows you have it purchased&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it shows there, try to reboot the phone once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an Android, make sure you don't have data limiter enabled.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If only the funds were added, then go and add the addon from the available funds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in your My Account through an incognito mode tab, sometimes there are cache issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the addon restart your phone.&amp;nbsp; Does data work after this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
